Mr Max Baumann is Co-Founder and Head of Execution of Treehill Partners. He is an experienced healthcare investment banker and strategy advisor with significant expertise across the healthcare value chain.
At Treehill, Max is involved in many of our assignments from early discussions to completion, overseeing project design as well as execution and serving as continuous point of contact for our clients. He deploys domain expertise, sharp scenario thinking, and structural efficiency when working with clients towards solutions for their multi-facetted needs.
Prior to co-founding Treehill, Max worked at The Blackstone Group supporting the build-out of the global Healthcare team of Blackstone Advisory Partners as well as the Germany country office. Prior to Blackstone, Max worked at UBS Investment Bank, where he held numerous positions as a member of the Global Healthcare Group and the team covering the German speaking region.
He completed M&A and financing assignments worth above €35 billion, including various complex transactions across industry sectors. Max holds a diploma degree/ MSc in business administration from EBS European Business School and a Master in health and medical management from University of Erlangen.
