Mr Damian Marron is Head of BioPharma at Treehill Partners. He is a successful serial biotech CEO with track record of transactional value creation.

At Treehill, Damian is leading many of our assignments in the biotech arena, providing hands-on CEO advice based on decades of experience across all areas of the therapeutics value chain. He brings to play his corporate leadership expertise, product strategy understanding, and entrepreneurial spirit when supporting clients achieving value-creative solutions. He is an experienced life sciences executive having completed deals with top-ten pharma through to biotechs including M&A, fundraisings, licensings, and collaborations.

Prior to joining Treehill, he held various leadership, corporate, business development and operational roles including at AgalImmune (CEO, exit via sale), TxCell (CEO, exit via IPO), Cytheris (CEO, exit via sale), Trophos (CEO, exit via sale) and at NicOx (Exec. VP Corp. Dev., raised >$300 million), 3M Pharma (Head EU BD), Orphan Europe, Rhone-Poulenc-Rorer and Glaxo. His background encompasses basic research and clinical development through to sales and strategic marketing.

Damian holds a BSc. (hons) in Pharmacology from University of Liverpool with post-graduate experience in cell biology.
